It was on the forecast way before now that Lagos was going to experience some kind of massive rainy days, but it was never envisaged that it was going to turn compounds to swimming pools, and roads to rivers. It is evident that drainage system in Lagos hasn't reached its full potential of handling the floods that ravage the streets when rain of this lot falls.
